The MICROSENS Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) allows customers to return defective products to MICROSENS for repair or replacement. After requesting an RMA MICROSENS will send you a form. Please fill in this form completely and send it back together with the defective product to the following address:

NOTE: If your defective MICROSENS product is still within warranty period please contact your partner directly.
For components out of warranty we would be glad to prepare a cost estimate for you. After MICROSENS has repaired or replaced the defective product it will be sent back to you.
